I'd have to say that it's a toss up between Wendy's and Taco Bell, even though I haven't eaten at either of them in at least 3 months.
I'd prolly be at White Castle twice a week if there was one closer....

1.a. Boston Market (do they count as fast food?)
1.b. Taco Bell (not good for you, but the least bad for you
of the fast food choices).
2. Wendy's (chicken sandwich with cheese & onions)
3. BK (Italian Chicken sandwich, cheesey tots)
Honorable Mention -- White Diamond, in Clark
-- Ibby's Falafel, in Jersey City

Only had quizno's twice and both times were nothing to write home about...GF and I actually felt like crap the whole day after eating there last weekend. Subway is good but getting full there is difficult...I usually have to do double grilled chix. As far as Taco bell being healthy.. I order a spicy chicken burrito's and chicken taquita...Only thing in the burrito is spicy chicken and rice. Chicken taquita is nothing more then seasoned chicken and some chedder cheese, nothing fried or really fattening in either. Its no protein shake but its also not bacon double cheesburger.. as w/ all these places it all depends on what you order.

WaWa sandwiches while not friend are probably even worse for you cause they are loaded with chemicals.

Wendy's spicy chicken sandwiches w/ BK's fries or chicken fries usually does the trick. However, nothing's better than going to White Castle on Rte. 17 and having a few sliders w/ their chicken breast sandwich as well as put some rice burners to shame when I go in there w/ the Z-28. There is a Roy Rogers by one of the parking accounts I work at in Florham Park, its in the Livingston Mall. Denny's is pretty good if that counts, but we definitely need a Sonic in Jersey. So many places, if there was only a Wawa in North Jersey. Later, Jeff.
