alright how come i cant post something up for sale in the classified section ??? kind of annoying

All users will be required to have 50 posts or six months of membership on the board before using the Classifieds Forum. Excessive meaningless posting to reach the required minimum post count will not be tolerated.

that way people dont come on here for the sole purpose of selling soemthing without contributing to the community

the rules were put in place at the request of several members to prevent people from signing up just to take advantage of our members without participating in or supporting the forums in any other manner.
you will find that rules along these lines are rather common and can be found on a variety of automotive forums to help protect the membership.
