yes it does all the parts are still on the car if you wat to stop by tomorrow to pull it off

the gas tank comes with everything you just have to pull it

15 in the front and 14 in the rear the chrome is chipping and i dont have the center caps or lug nuts but im getting another set of cragars soon i think they are 15's
