Miller High Life is $3.99 for a six pack (bottles) by me, so it just missed the "cheap" criteria...
but yeah, I have to admit to MHL being in my rotation too !
wish I could find PBR in bottles

I'm going with Pabst because of "Midnight Madness" myself! "I've got Pabst Blue Ribbon on my mind..."
Otherwise, I'd like a nice tall glass (Or dogdish) full of Elsinore Beer, eh?

Not made anymore...
I picked PBR, but of all the cheap beers I've had, Golden Anniversary is the best taste for the price. I think the last six pack of it I got was last year at $2.09.
I've tried Ballentine (in homage to some of my relatives that used to work there) but I can't stomach the stuff. It tastes RUDE in my opinion.
