its been a year and stilll no real video.....not to mention he came around right after we had to deal with lethalrides and v6transam.....and i was at atco at least once a week last year and englishtown at least 2 times a month and still have never seen this car.

yeah bro me too im with him now i helped him put his new trans and verter in today, car's a beast. but it seems we have **** talkers on this site, whom are either jealous or trying to hide their own problems. give him a break weather you like him or not he's done a very lot to that car himself, many kudos.

+1 ive experienced that first hand, you were there to witness it lol.
ive gotten past that part though lol. As i recall, everytime i heard about that car, it was blowing up and needed another motor rebuild.

I agree. and Eric aka GMC, It was you mentioned his ET and mph. Im not a V6 hater. Howerver, if ANYONE says they ran a certain time with their car, yall would agree with me that this person would need to provide us with video to really prove anything, or at the very least, some credible witnesses from the boards here. but video would be best!

The long-time v6 guys should know this well......just look at how long people used to rip Shirl apart for not having any proof of her 11 second pass(es). We have since seen a video (thanks to Batman) of her making a 12.0 pass, but nothing in the 11's.

Same thing applies here. If you post up a time that doesn't seem right, you better be prepared to back it up with video and / or credible witnesses. Timeslips can be faked too easily.

yeah, well he has to do a cage and some tuning. car idles like a raped ape, stalls amazingly high (3800 fuddle stall), he blew a head gasket on that 12.5 run.

yeah i diidnt meant to sound like an a-hole, it just pisses me off to see people jump onto someone when some of the ppl jumping post info w/o proof themselves so they have to right jumping onto someone else. now i give him many kudos for building this beastly v6, better job than most people can do, so just give him a break.

i'll see if he wants to keep posting, he didint get a good feeling of the site from some poeple posting but we'll see if he cant post the TS.

whats he need a cage for to run? get kicked off the track for running too fast, then put a cage in. 12.5 is far off from the time thats needed to require a cage.so far im just hearing more excuses as to why its not at the track.

actually, I feel its a great idea. I would if I was running close to the 11.9's. So what if he's not close tothe time, he wants it in there for safety.

My V6 is STILL quicker.... been quicker for YEARS so I have NOTHING to be jealous about.

As for someone in the V6 world.... I have seen many wanna be people on the internet who claim BS times with their v6. There is a simple way to proove the nay sayers wrong...... video proof at the track.

There have been a couple V6 people that have dyno #'s in the high 4XX's and low 5XX RWHP.... and me with my 315 RWHP V6 whoops their asses up and down the track. Dyno queens don't impress me.

Also, your buddy had 2 ways to approach the nay sayers on the board, he could have provided specific info and be pleasant...... or be a d!ck.... he chose the latter.... whcih causes his credibility EVEN lower.

So..... until the video appears.... doubtful that we will believe it.

lol yeah he'll have to get some vid this year once its 100% done, he has to get a new starter and new shift linkage cable as his broke, then the car is done, we were in it yesterday.

yeah 12.5 isn't the limit but look at my post above, i stated 12.5@122 , that mph is definately lower than 12's. he blew a head gasket on that run plus had a broken TC, now his setup is finished for this year just has to take care of two i tems on the list as i wrote in this post.

we just have to see this year

is that at e-town too? the other weekend i went up ther with a few friends and my friend collin got problems at tech inspectin with his 04 evo 8, they said he needed a roll cage, fire suit, etc.. he ran a 13.8 cuz hes gatta get better driving lol
