OBDI Tune questions

I just got my car back from the shop after getting my 3.73 gear installed. I want to fix the tune as soon as possible for the new gears. I have Tuner Cats winflash program for the OBDI installed but i don't have the cables to plug my laptop into the data port on the car. I also don't have any serial ports so i need the usb cable.

Can anyone help me out? Can I even change my gear size in the OBD with Tuner Cat?

Suggestions are also welcome for better tuners. I looked at Hypertech Power Programmer 3 tuner but I really don't want to through down almost another $400 on top of what i have already spent.

cable you can get from moates for about 50 or so dollars.

www.moates.net

As for the speedometer correction, yes you can do it in the PCM..... If your car is 94 and up.
