WTB: 91-92 camaro chin spoiler brackets

As the title says, I need the brackets that hold the chin spoiler to the fenders.

These guys:

yeah good luck. I need a set as well. If I dont find a set I think I will have to custom fab a set up with some sheet metal and bolts.

thanks guys, I figured from the beginning I'd end up making my own set but I wanted to look around first. I saw right after I posted on TGO someone else posted right before me the same exact thing and sure enough someone had them but they were the only ones.

BTW, maroman, did the holes in your fenders for the stock chin spoiler on your 88 match up to these brackets for the 91-92 style or did you have to drill new ones?

The 91-92 style is completely different from the earlier style. The 91-92 style has slotted holes in the fenders and use's a little clip. Those clips are even harder to find. The earlier style uses those brackets and the fenders have round holes.

my body shop actually installed the chin spoiler a few years ago thanks to someones insurance lol. I installed the rest this past year and i had to drill new holes for the side skirts

hmm, the pic I linked up is a bracket for the 91-92 style chin spoiler and the stud part goes through holes in the fender and speed nuts hold them on (if I remember correctly, I used to have a 92 RS and repaired front end damage) The brackets that came off my 89 chin spoiler are even different than the one I posted. It's just that looking at the bracket on the computer compared to my 89 fender, the holes look to be in different places.

slo86bird, you got any for sale?

Hmm OK cause I just took off the valance om my 92 and it did not have that kind of bracket. I will have to look on my other 92 and see whats up.
