I know that list was rigged because they didn't have the Jeep Cherokee on the good list. hell they didn't have the Cherokee on either list!

Best of the best
These are models that have performed well in CR road tests over the years, and have proved to have several or more years of better-than-average reliability.

several or more years of better-than-average reliability is an understatement as far as 4.0 equipped jeeps.

consumer reports is about as useful as an appendix. no self respecting car man will use their magazine for anything other than recycling
ps- just to show you how retarded they are, honda, toyota, and subaru all get automatic recommendations. so models from those three companies arent even considered, they are just placed on there. retarded

theyre always pro-jap and anti-american. how much do you want to bet that all the jap makers pay off consumer reports to give them good ratings? not even cadillac made the best list? yeah right. their view of 'above average reliability' means not having to replace the wiper blades.

and we both know they are pro-asian. i just wanted to throw that out there, since they made such a big point of leading off the list with it. CR is TP. end of story.

They are useless for cars and paint.
I don't believe that BEHR paint got to the top with its quality for a nanosecond. I have had nothing but bad experiences with it. I painted the same damn ceiling 4 times with their "ceiling water" and each time it turned out horribly. I went to Glidden (with their tinted cieling paint) and BANG- one coat and it was done. Not to mention the number of runs and poor coverage from their "Ultra Premium" stuff. Never again.
Sherwin-Williams, which was "middle of the road" is exactly how I think home paint should be. One coat and done- no runs, no BS.
