PS2 techs help please

so ive been playin guitar hero for about a month now and im finally playin on expert!

however everytime i put the disc in it wont load the file from the memory card and then it said that the file was damaged or something...if i check the card it says the file is still there but still its not workin..

anyone else have a problem like that and is there a quick fix...sorry i think im in denial over my loss

your mem card could be bad i had that happene before can you write other game saves to it?

its a normal ps2 card and it wont let me overwrite a new guitar hero file on to it either

Ok I havent touched my PS2 in maybe 2 years at least, but ii am correct, it has two memory card slots. If you have two memory cards in you could copy the saved game from one memory car to another. So try to copy your save file on the memory card onto another memory card in the B slot and try that if not then its time to redo or pack up the PS2 and get an Xbox360.

happened to me once, you musta shut the game off or reset the console by accident as it was saving?

i did do it once but it was awhile back and ive used it several times since then so who knows
