Just got back, it got nice out. Not a bad turnout considering the AM weather.

I chose to go to the nopi show. Where yet again another one of my spacers snapped 3 lug nuts off my car and i barely made it into the parking lot. DAMN RICERS AND THEIR BAD LUCK CAR SHOWS!

The recording said "May 4th, car show is on for today". I had to call back and listen a 2nd time to make sure it didn't say "off" for today. It was a much smaller turnout than normal, but the weather turned out fine and the show is for a good cause so I figured no reason to let the weather make me miss it. I hit a small shower/drizzle on the way there but it cleaned up fine.

Oh, and the food was 2 for 1 since they realized with a small crowd they needed to get rid of the food!

i coulodn't stand the cold, so i passed, but i made my donation anyway. now i have to see if they'll send me my plaque for this year, and i asked for a t-shirt, too. they have been decent about it in the past, so i don't expect any problems this year, either.

sorry i missed you, jeff. i'll catch you at the dyno day, though, right?

I did too. I got home and mowed the lawn which made the burn even worse! I even had some sunblock on and it didn't help a whole lot.

Cops N Rodders turned out pretty good considering the early morning weather and being postponed a week. One of the local dealers had a G8 and a turbo HHR SS there. The turbo HHR SS was priced around $22,900 which seemed like a lot of car the money.
