stimulus checks????
Did anyone else NOT receive their $1,200 from the gov't. I think my accountant F'd up and if I found out that he did I'm getting rid of him. I asked for direct deposit, filled out the form, gave him a blank check but we received our refund in a paper check form. Ok I figured maybe because I got married they questioned it and wouldn't do direct deposit, but then James and Genie I think did the same thing and they got it directly deposited.
NOW, we still haven't received our stimulus check paper or direct deposit and I think something happened. I know we didn't make too much money to not get one. Did anyone else NOT receive theirs.

i thought it was 600?? i still don't have mine. if you got direct deposit on your returns, you should already have it, if not, get in line!!

if you didnt file your taxes using direct deposit, you wont get it direct deposited. paper checks arent out yet anyway, keep waiting.

i filed for direct deposit return on my taxes and i did'nt even know my 1200 stimulus check was in my savings account for 3 days before i even knew it.
like others said if you did'nt have your return DD then stay in line and wait or i can lend you some at a low interest rate

Prolly a paperwork mishap.....you could always contact the IRS and ask though, or check the copies of your tax returns from the accountant.
Our $1,500 was direct deposited into my account yesterday  My last 2 digits are 30....

Gene, we electronically filed and had it direct deposited, hence the direct deposit for both the refund and the stimulus. We didn't need to do the voided check thing for it.
The accountant must have forgotten to put the direct deposit info on the tax paperwork. Or, you may have been required to do it (just giving a blank check isn't enough, I think you need to fill out the tax forms where it says do you want direct deposit and give the routing and account info).
Your paper check will come soon enough. I think they start going out this week based on the last 2 digits of your social. I think you said you were a low number so I would guess it would come soon.

$600 if you are single, $1200 if married, and I think $300 per dependent. $300 if you didn't make enough money to get the full $600. And zilch if you made too much.

My brother had his tax refund DD'ed but he got a 600 check yesterday. His last two are 30 as well.
I need to check my bank and see if it was dropped.
