Black LS1 T/A WS6 with ghost flames sighting...

Sighted in front of Home Depot in Mt Holly about 5:15 pm on Thursday June 7th. Like the title says, it was a Black LS1 Trans Am with white ghost flames. I could also see that it had an aftermarket tach stiking up from the dash, and it was loud!

Anyone know who's car this is? I would be interested to see what all its got done to it.

That's one of the guys I know. I can't remember if he has heads or not, but he has a cam, bolt ons, TSP duals, spray, full suspension. It's a nice car. Everytime I go to fridays I see him drive by on the way to work (HD), or he sends me a pm saying he saw my car there lol.

It sounded good, and looked clean! F-bodies I am used to seeing here and there, but its rare when I see a clearly modded one like this one. It always puts a smile on my face.

I am actually glad I wasn't in my Z, otherwise I probably would've followed him until I could open it up next to him.

Has he got any dyno or track numbers?

I think he went 11.4-5 on the motor when he was learning his new set-up. I haven't heard anything on his N20 numbers or dyno numbers. Maybe I should ask lol.
His dad repainted his car after his accident a few years ago so the paint is fresh as hell. His dad actually runs a body shop in freehold

That's Drew. It has a forged 346 with heads/cam and N20 setup. Rob you are correct, he just went mid 11s all motor I believe or something like that. I read he posted it somewhere but I cannot remember!

Hey guys, sorry to bump up an old thread and thanks for the very kind words. That is my car, i work at the Home Depot in Westampton but only drive the TA or GTO once in awhile due to the flying carts LOL.

Rob got most of it down. Its a forged 346 w/ -2cc pistons, PRC ported LS2 heads w/ their vavle job, TTP V4 cam, ported FAST 90mm intake, every bolt on, NX wet kit, built T56, Moser 12 bolt 3.73s, full suspension, weight reduction.

I'll have new numbers soon but the old #'s were 448rwhp / 402rwtq SAE N/A on TTP's dyno and went 11.7@124mph N/A at Atco . This was with very lightly hand ported (by my dad) LS2 heads , stock head gaskets and unported FAST. The ET sucks because the car is geared for nitrous passes with the 3.73s and I keep bogging with the 28" ET Drags...I actually finish the 1/4 mile in 3rd gear right around 7k RPMs.

Who are you? Name doesn't ring a bell, sorry lol.

I'm game for some races . I'm not saying this to brag or thinking my car is even remotely fast....I just can't find anything to race around here. My best competition is 2 of my best friends with their pullied/full bolt on Cobras. They're the reason I even bothered to buy new nitrous jets and heads as they're both upgrading their blowers this summer.
