exhaust

i have a 3 inch edelbrock catback system on my car can i hook up a pypes violator muffler to it how will it sound

As long as the pypes muffler is sized to work with the rest of your exhaust you shouldn't have a problem hooking it up.

And it'll sound like any other pypes setup with a 3" pipe. not much more you can say about it. Exhaust sounds different on every setup.

thanks justin i want to change the muffler because the edelbrock system is too quiet in idle i want something that rumbles all the time not a wide open throttle plus im not running a cat

Pypes makes some good quality stuff especially their chamberless dual outlet mufflers .
Straight through with just a perforated tube..
I think you will be happy with your choice.
