it makes mini black holes. kinda like the hostess mini muffins except these arent delicious or moist.

I voted other as well. I think it'll malfunction, causing the engineers to spend a few weeks trying to fix it. Then it'll do something different from what they wanted, allowing them to test different theories without something going massively awry, but missing the original point of the exercise.
Once they are done it'll become an underground (billion dollar) amusement park ride.
