Tear in driver seat. Please help!

I have a small tear in my seat maybe the size of my thumb. I do not want to wreak my seat any more! Any ideas on how to fix it. I would much rather have it look ugly and get stiched then get worse. If any one is good and sewing please let me know or if you have any ideas please let me know. Thanks.

upholstery shop? if its the notorious 4th gen wear spot on the backrest, might need to be refoamed to be corrected. if its just on the leather, most guys can sew a patch piece in. got a pic?

I took a mattress needle and some thread and went to town on it. Granted it don't look professional, but it sure looks better than a torn up rip.
