Got My Transmission Done and back today!

Hey guys I got my car back today. I had the trasmission fixed at the Turnersville Transmission place. It is on the corner of Fries Mill Road and Black Horse Pike. They had my car for two days and she drives like she is new. They are priced very well and they know their stuff. The one perso I talked to had a 86 Camaro and he knows our cars. I am sure that you all know where this place is, It has the orange Z outside. If you ever need your transmission done go there. I am just very happy with there service.

i personally am not to fond of turnersville trans. they had my car 4 months and never did any of the work. so i sent a tow truck there and recovered my car. from my car sitting there on 42 for the 4 months and all the traffic. it caused oxidation on my paint. there was a deposit made on the work. and when asked why the car hasnt been started. it was well we are busy right now. that orange camaro has been there for quite sometime too. and it doesnt belong to the shop. i know the owner pete. will never go there again.....

Pete was the man who helped me and did alot of extra work. The oragne camaro is not his but it is always there in winter for a customer. If you notice it was not there doing the summer! The man drops it off for winter and picks it up in summer. He told me that they built the engine(I think) the rear, tranny, and did some interior work.

It is great to hear feedback about local shops since some of us may not have dealt with them before.

Turnersville Transmission is a place that I will never go back to again. Pete is a nice guy, but I had to take my trans back to him 5 times every 3000 miles or so. He def tried to make good on it and I hope that you have a much better experience than I did.

my friend josh just had his T56 done there, and after reinstalling the transmission, he had no second or third gears at all and there was lots of grinding, so he took the car back, and the owner found out that he forgot to replace bearings or something and the shift fork was bent, which when he first did the trans he shouldv'e seen the problem, but then he charged my friend a second time to remove the trans. (first time we brought it to him outta the car already, it was 1200$ to rebuild)i wouldn't recommend anyone going there.
