Please Pray..
I've posted this on Ls1tech, so you might have read it.. but my little brother needs all the prayers he can get right now.. so, sorry if you've already read it.
My younger brother flipped his truck last night, & hit a tree. They had to pull him out of the truck & fly him over to Cooper. None of his friends saw what happened, so we don't know the cause. I've been at the hospital all day, & they haven't given much news.. but the news they gave is not what I wanted to hear. The doctor came in & told us that he's paralyzed from the chest down & will not walk again.. theres only a slight chance that he'll get feeling back in his arms, but it's not likely. 2 of his fingers were detached, they managed to sew one back on, but the other they couldn't, he broke his hand & has a few fractured bones. The cops told us that if he hadn't been wearing his seat belt, his friend & him would not have made it. His friend only has a couple leisures on his arms & head.. & back pain. It's not fair..
The place where his truck is at, let me see it.. they didn't want me too.. but I just had to know how bad it really was.. & I can't get the image out of my head.
I know I don't come on much, or post at all.. but all I ask of you is to keep him in your prayers..

Omg, that is terrible. God spared him for a reason. Be strong for him and let him him he can get through it. If it werent for my friends and family I dont think I could have gotten through 2 emergency brain surgeries. Friends and family prayers and encouragement have a bigger impact than most people can imagine.

Not really religious, but he'll be in my thoughts. I went through a similiar situation back in 07 with my dad. Had a problem with a back surgery and is now paralyzed from the waist down. Definitely a life changing experience. Like everyone said before, just be there for him.

Thank you all so much.
I have a little bit of an update, after the doctors told us he'd never move his arms again, he moved them today.. a little bit, so theres hope. Also he's smiling & attempting to talk.. he mouthed "I love you" to me.. greatest feeling in the world. And he's been trying to get up out of the bed.
As far as not believing in God, I never have before until that night. After seeing his truck in person & the crash seen.. I'm great full to have him alive. Even if it wasn't God that was there beside him.. I know some greater power was that night.

glad to see that hes making some progress. hope all gets alot better. i know what your going through. but in my case my friend from hs and my moms cousin are no longer with me and my family.
