creatine gives your muscle more energy, for example instead of doing sets of 5, on creatine u could do sets of 8, its just like putting a bigger gas tank in your car, u will last longer. Drink plenty of water because u can dehydrate easily. overall its good for most ppl, some ppl dont get effected much by it

Cell-Tech is overpriced, very high in dextrose, overpriced, gave me anxiety attacks, and it's overpriced.
I use Met-Rx's Extreme Creatine blast. $40-50 for five pounds. A big part of that price is purity. 5g pre workout, 5g post workout, no dose on non-workout days. Worked good for me. For the most part, unless you have exhausted ALL other options for making gains I'd stick with a straight powder and not some expensive stack that has stimulants and other **** in it.

superpump 250 or universal lava seems to work good for me, and no stomach problems like in all of the online reviews. Its more of an NO booster but it does have creatine in it

I had used some either twin-labs or muscle tech creatine monohydrate powder (dosage was 1-2 teaspoons mornings). I was doing 3-5 tablespoons, taking TONS of water, sometimes a dose in my water I was drinking at the gym, and sometimes a dose before bed.

Way too much. That crap gave me MAD headaches.....but I will say the 'overuse' helped me surpass my friends I worked out with quite a bit and I was a lil 'behind' them when we first started out.

DEFINATLY it will help you....just be careful with it. That's all. And I'd follow what Bill said.

I think he said overpriced. |

			'roids?

I did creatine a while back. while I had good results when I was on the cycle, one I went off, I lost my volume. seemed that while it did allow you to do more reps, it added water weight. It was hard to get 'cut' while on creatine. I used it for sorts so looking pretty didn't concern me.

Well you need to follow the directions. I usually eat at 8, which is normally three eggs scrambled, and then I don't lift till 10:30 or 11. Never had a problem.
