got pulled over again yesterday, ticket for careless.... i was behind 5 people, saw cop going other way, looked down i was doin 53 in a 50, thought i was good, he pulls a u turn and i was making a left, he follows, i get to my girlfriends high school and he flips his lights on (afdter like 4 miles) and he says i was doing 58 and i drove over yellow line on the backroads like 2 times and that my cell phone holder is an obstruction of view and hes giving me a break by giving me a careless..... LIKE WTF! if im following 5 other ****ing people doing 3 over why the **** would u pull me over? ****in prick.

and i drove next to my mom today on the highway, when her speedo says 65 im doing 70 so mine is even 5 mph fast!

You got pulled over cause you were the last in line. Take it to court and fight it then. No one is going to give sympathy here about it unfortunetly.

i am giving you the full story. he was asking me if i was hiding anything like 12 times and didnt even know where i lived like 5 towns over or where a town that was 15 minutes away was (he asked where i live and where the town on my license was) he was honestly a retard. he was a very new cop.

cops ask you questions like that to see if you know the answer, not because they dont

i was led to believe that larger vehicles pick up radar even though a cop may think he is shooting you. don't know what else was around you or if they were speeding. also, i have heard that if a gun isn't calibrated monthly like they are supposed to, they will shoot larger vehicles at a higher speed. this is only what i have heard, i can't back anything up.

stop hating too. its a ticket, it means you won.

cops are human, too. wanna guess what they talk about when they are off-duty? people like you. so even though the guy might have appeared green, he might have already known who you were by one of the other policemen. that and the dispatchers are really gods in disguise. they are the ones who gossip the most. so he might have learned who you were and what you were all about before he asked you a single question.

wtf does that have to do with the radar? i don't understand your argument

if he was "new" his partner would have been at the car with him....and had he done anything wrong, said partner would have stepped in, they dont let "new" cops drive solo......plus "new" people get stuck on midnight shift....what time did this happen?

hey, i was just saying that you guys are people, too. people have a tendency to gossip, and like you said if the guy i've got pulled over is a real clown you're gonna let me know that.

i listen to my scanner most all day long and the dispatchers are the real personalities on the air. there's one in a neighborhood close to me that either has a real crappy radio or can't hear for *****. she's always asking for the police to repeat themselves. i can hear them just fine...
