Word on the streets is if j0n doesn't show up tonight to Island he'll be there in the C5 tomorrow. If anyone sees a red 06 gti w/300 whp with a ton of window stickers, I might be near him. If not, y'all have my number.

Well I cut a bad light, mis dialed the car, and mis read the stripe in the quarter finals. DUAH! I hope I got all the bad out for the season on that round.
MC73NOVA: was that you going rounds in the Silverado? I didn't stick around to watch the final round. When I was at the payout window I heard that the blue wagon was actually a 12 second car with 14.07 dial. He was catching at mid track and then walking everyone by 1/2 a fender.

Yeah that was him in blue-grey Silverado. And that's exactly what the wagon did, he was in both classes. Had a 14.07 dial in one, and like a 13.3 in the other.

 | Yeah, that was me. What car were you running?
The wagon was dialing 12.60's in his other class, I was watching him do that all day. I was ready for him, I hit the tree and didnt look back, I knew he was gonna play up top. He got me by a fender, unfortunately for him he did it on a double break out. It was an awesome race, we both had identical .043 reaction times!

I would've loved to have gone, but the firebird is still in pieces. No way it would be done ... that plus the trailer is still being worked on.
Weather was nice that day, though.

Yep. Luckily, limited damage. Didn't really flip so much as land on it's side. New whip for the CB and new mirror installed, luckily my front-mount just bent inward (although that too is scratched).
 Other misc. damage:
 Front wishbone bent up
 Tie-rod end bent
ABS sensor faulty (right after it...). I'm ignoring this ... who needs ABS anyways?
 Other misc. suspension/steering damage.

 Total bill? $3,500.

Some miscellaneous body damage, mostly front-end. PITA none-the-less. ARRGH! It's the front grille, bumper, and hood, the right front quarter panel is damaged, and there's a good amount of scratching. Truck was really dirty too ... rolled it in the mud off CR. 518 by the junction.
