I haven't seen many SS's around so I figured it was a base.

You would think so that they would stop her, but there was a old man driving behind the lady not having a clue what was going on. I am not sure if they could have seen what I was seeing from behind.

That's my vote too. Hopefully it was just someone who ignored the battery cable recall and this was the result.

There was only one SS in the group and it was the last one of the group in red. The rest I am assuming were V6 since there didnt have any SS badges or the hood scoop.
