			anyone ever tryed it Ive always wondered if it worked and since I found it online for $30 new I may try it out but figured I would ask first   |

Just remember, if you want to see the results they show in the advertisements, you'll need to really watch your diet.

			I have yet to start it lol.  Been smoked on 12 hour shifts off and on for the passed 4 months.  I need to start it when things calm down.

			i did it for about 4 months strait... and it works!!! big time.. but like they said i got lazy and havent done it in weeks.... im really skinny always have been... by the end of the 2nd month i was seeing a 6pack and my chest was a little larger... it deff works... you have to stick to the program though... i also didnt do the yoga and stuff that they tell you too... its tough too... not easy about an hour work out a day... and its pretty rigorous.... not you typical loose 10 lbs in 5 minute thing... it works if you'll devote the time to it...

The one Im looking at buying is just the vidoes not diet plan or anything else with it just the vids

Watching your diet and exercising an hour a day will make you more lean pretty much regardless of what type of system you do.
