Go buy a car parts for dummies book and have your bf read it to you lol. 
If you find a bumper at a junk yard you'll probably be able to get the whole bumper and bolt it on. don't worry about the replacing just the whiskers just replace the whole face of the kitty.

wow. u guys are harsh. hahaa. the only bumpers i keep coming across dont have that piece..but if it comes off then well its all good. i keep lookin at parts but really just need to get rid of the car. =(

Is there anything besides the dead battery that prevents you from driving it the way it is? I would just pony up the cash for a new battery, and just enjoy driving it until you have the money to buy parts to get it fixed.

well the fender is tied to the side of the car lol. ill have to find the pic of when i was driving down 295 and it flew up...i was ready for take off....but at this point it needs to be re-registered and insured and i dont know if itll pass inspection... i haven;t had the parts to fix it in so long =( shes been sitting for atleast a year
