 If you are referring to my post, that's not what I meant. C-Clip eliminators (as I'm sure you know) are used as a secondary form of axle retention in case you break an axle shaft.  while it would of helped....there was no way I was going to drive home on a broken axle and tear up what was left of the 10 bolt just to save a tow truck ride.
