hey i'm a newbie , but how the f**k are bumpstops gonna lower the car? there in place to prevent rear axle/tire damage from compression on large bumps or launches.
OR ARE YOU GUYS JUST FK'N WITH THAT DUDE?

removing them won't lower the car. the OP stated that he removed the rear bump stops, which i believe was an accident and that what he meant to say was that he removed the rear spring isolators. in an attempt to clarify this i inadvertently sparked a sarcasm spree that seems to have not yet reached an end.

all you guys are a riot. i used to be a gm tech and i figured you guys were just being sarcastic, just wanted to make sure somebody actually didn't think they will lower the car.
removing the isolators will cause noise springtobody
better off callin eibach and have them send you a rear set of springs that are 3/4" orbetter lower to staighten him out.
i am gonna post up a thread on my new BOOSTED LQ9 creation so check it out.

not if you wrap the top coil with a piece of heater hose. known as the "heater hose" mod.
