my magnaflow is too quiet (w/ stock manifolds an ypipe) so i would say it'd help tone it down..creeper's runnin LT with magnaflow and its tolerable

Pretty much anything other then a magnaflow will be loud with LTs and an ORY.

I assume your not running any cats...I have no grips w/ the system but i could imagine without them...The lm2 is loud also, but not as so that might be an option.

the main problem is the raspyness during deceleration. it is also overly loud. i am leaning toward magnaflow to help lower the noise a bit.

kirkevil has a borlamouth, should be a link in his sig.

magnaflow will quiet it up.

magnaflow IMO is to quiet for my taste. The LM1s just from hearing them on last night sound awesome. They have a loud drone but they are what i wanted for a sound.

I have the Random Tech cat-back with longtubes and dual cats. It's very mellow at idle and highway cruising. It gets loud at WOT over 3500 rpm's as it's a straight through muffler. Anything other than the LM1 or LM2 should work pretty well. The GMMG will be too loud as well.

LM is waaaaaaay too loud in a bad way. that raspiness sounds as bad as those rice rockets. you want to add a muffler thats on the quieter side to offset that, so magnaflow is the way to go..any universal should do. if you go with one thats midrange/loud side..its not gonna help much..still have that raspiness and terrible LM drone.

friend had an LM on his 01 camaro...sounded like junk.. added an average-joe stock muffler to the system (believe it was Marymount) and it made the system sound great..

mine was extremely loud with the loud mouth but once i put the highflow cats in it toned it down quite a bit.
