T56 Bellhousing Question

is the bellhousing on a t56 the same in an ls1 as an lt 1?

yea just for starters the lt1 has an external slave cyl and has the opening for it... ls1s have a internal slave cyl/throwout bearing...

t56's have 2 peice bell housings... the bell housing part is seperate... but i do believe the t56 itself has different internals from lt1 to ls1 so be careful of that...i think the ls1 t56 has a larger input shaft.... what kind of project is it?

its using an ls1 and we need a t56 for it, so i just wanted a quick response to figure out which t56 to look for.
