i really need to get back into the game. i used to run in high school and ever since i struggled at keeping a steady routine. i do swim laps now and then at work.
i also thought about joining this mma gym, they have cardio and everything. though $100 a month + car payments...

I was using jack3d for a while. it was good. Im gonna try this stuff called mesomorph. my cousin is using it and likes it alot, and im up for new stuff once in a while.
Im gonna try this stack from applied nutriceuticals HGH up and Free Test
I also take their other product, RPM
I was taking their Osteo sport for joint health. freakin awesome but im all out so im gonna try this stuff called Super Cissius
i have protein, but have been slacking with my intake of it lol
only cardio i got was when i ran a few times and when i was doing mma.

Kinda off topic but not really...is it better to run then lift, or lift then run?

From everything that I've read it is better to lift then run but no longer then 30 minutes.

Run then lift. So much better for your joints.

That's what felt better, so that's what I'd been doing. I just wanted to make sure.

I usually do a 2-3 mile bike ride to the gym then lift, but my focus is lifting... not silly cardio...

Pft, gym is open at 5am, I am in the door normally round 6am... so much better than dealing with the idiots later on in the day.

Interesting. I might have to give this a shot.
And Matt, that's kinda late. My gym opens at 430 am and closes at 930. I haven't gone before 830am, but between 830-10, 1-3, and 730-930 are all great times to go at my gym - it's like 3 other guys, a few females on treadmills, and me. It's great, since I use 3 machines at once. I would try different times to figure out what's best at your gym.

Yeah, there were some studies done on the topic and they all found that cardio in the AM on a relatively empty stomach and then weightlifting in the PM (after you have enough time to store fuel) works best. Tough to work out twice a day like this though.

Yeah I was thinking how hard it'll be with work and how I leave at 7am but then I remembered I only have one more week of my internship, then school starts and I have lots of time on my hands until I graduate in May
