Wahoo... got inspected today!
went and got collector registration and headed to the inspection station to get my sticker
so in short, i can finally drive the car again whenever i want 
-b.

Collector inspection = FTW. Just don't miss the month you are due for inspection or I heard they can revoke it.

call gm customer service and give them your vin and tell them you want a letter stating that the car is no longer made

i do, havent been posting much since not being able to drive the car lol. it has been out of inspection for a year and needed to go this route lol

I was a year late and they still gave it to me no problems. its good for two years too; i wasnt penalized. I got mine before they changed it so im good

they only check emissions now anyway, as long as you have no CEL you pass for 96+
edit: unless your GVW is 8500+ lbs like my truck, then you get the sniffer

so if im running without cats on my 96 and have no light i should pass?
