im not positive i could be completely wrong but i thought they stopped sending them because people posted them up so anyone could use them

Yes. They knew it was going to happen when they did it. At the time sales were in a slump and they needed to get a boost in business. They won't be doing one again anytime soon, but they are running more sales and offering "Summit Bucks" on more stuff.
