Welp we put my PCM into Kirks car and it ran better then his current tune. We swapped coil packs and still nothing. Im out of guesses. Its got to be the harness.

sorry pal i dont feel like reading through all the posts... whats your exact spark problem.. your getting fuel pulse but just no spark? no spark at every cyl.. might sound dumb but im not sure how the harness was made have you double checked for and loose grounds..?

Grounds checkedThere are 3 grounds. Harness grounds to the back of the pass head. Then there is the 4ga wire that grounds the block on the pass side to the frame.
Then there is the stock LS1 copper strap that is grounded to the K member on the driver side.
All three were checked with a test light.
We are getting power TO the coils. That was checked.
Injectors are firing, you can smell the fuel in the exhaust and on the plugs.
 Fuel pressure is 50psi+

Adam and Matt brought up that the ECM might need to be grounded? But I dont see that in the instructions or ever heard of the ECM needing to be grounded. But then nothing would work if it indeed needed to be grounded.

 Im lost.

I actually had a similar problem with my 73 Camaro when I got it. The wire the distributor was connected to was not hot during crank, may not the same but similar

also found this, page 11 discusses the harness wire stuff. Just throwing whatever I find at you in hopes one of them has the answerhttp://www.blackfbody.com/media/LS1_Engine_Kit.pdf
also, i read that the racks that the coil packs bolt on to are side specific. if they were off, then try swapping them to the other side. i think its a white harness

 | We spliced them into wires under the dash. Adam and I checked to make sure that they wer 12v switched and 12v hot. I guess we will have to go over that again.

Yeah Al, check that out - the pink and purple wires off the ignition switch are hot at different times. I know when we swapped the TPI into my car I had to make sure that certain wires were hot in Bulb Check, Run, and Crank, and some had to be hot only in Run. Good luck getting her fired up!

Nah, just posted that while driving.
The coils were hooked up to 12v switched, but not to 12v crank. Well, we fixed that and it fired up.

Happy the problem was solved before you threw more $ at it. Sucks you won't make it to the Nats but better you not rush the final things on the Camaro.
Just remembered, what is your rear end gear ratio? We were too wrapped up in the engine starting issue for me to change it in HPTuners. Regardless, a final flash should be done to make sure everything is where it should be.
