				 Your help needed!

For my undergrad research project I've been working with a non-profit organization called MAPS and long story short, I developed a survey for them (which may be published) so I'm trying to get as many responses as I can.

The survey was supposed to end with January but the response hasn't been overwhelming so I'm asking you guys to try and lend me a hand as they're continuing it for just a few more days.
* Skip any question you're uncomfortable with or if it doesn't apply to you
* Nothing is recorded until you press submit, and even then it is completely anonymous
* Enter your height in INCHES OR CENTIMETERS.

ALSO: SKIP anything that does not apply to you. The questions that don't weren't supposed to show up, but not everything goes the way it's supposed to

Height can only be in feet? As in someone 5' 1" is classified the same as 5' 11"?

It's something that was screwed up when the survey was posted (by the organization, as a technicality.) Fill it in with inches or convert to cm. I'm not sure how everyone else has filled it out but that's what I've told anyone else who's asked me.
It may end up just not being used.
