March Car of the Month Submissions
Anyone can post one photograph of only their Camaro or Firebird in this thread. Photographs of multiple cars or cars with models will not be accepted.
Please include your name and a short paragraph (at least a few sentences) describing the mods done to the car and/or a short story about the car as well.
If this is not posted in this thread by the time voting begins, your car will not be included in the vote.
All submitted pictures should be a minimum size of 640 x 480, as this is the size of the image that will be posted on the home page. If you aren't sure of the size, post it up the largest image you have (within reason), or send a private message to me for assistance.
At the last week of the month we will post a poll that will last for one week and the winner will get to spend the following month showcased on the home page of the site. Past winning cars (regardless of ownership changes) will not be eligible to enter again for 12 months.
Please limit this thread to posts submitting pictures only. Comments and other chit-chat will be removed.

1979 Camaro Z28
Kerry Baker
This is my 1979 Camaro Z28. The car is all stock. The car was repainted in 2006 and still has all original sheetmetal. It has a 350 engine, TH-350 auto-matic trans, 10 bolt rear with 3:42 gears. The interior is complete and in mint condition right down to the original coded am/fm AC Delco factory cassette player I located. The motor and trans are the only two things that keep this from being a numbers matching car.

this is my 2002 camaro v6 5spd. its my first car, i got it for my 16th birthday, with 59k miles it now has almost 70k on it. after my first month of driving a tree fell on it. with the insurance money i got more than half the car repainted. i also added a ss hood and ss rims. other than that the mods are minor, a short throw shifter, hid upgrade, heated seats, ipod integration, and billet grille. i plan to keep the internals stock and drive it as long as i can. shes my baby

This would be my 95 firebird with 6 cyliders. I've had her for 3 years now and i've only put 27k on it. Theres little work done to it. Still unsure for future plans what to do about the lack of 2 cylinders. For now the car is fun to drive and i love the t-tops.

Timothy Strella - 2001 Trans AM
I bought this car in early March of 2008. Many know it used to be owned by someone on LS1tech. I was toying with the idea of adding a LS1 T/A to my collection and really wasn't expecting to walk out of the dealership owning it that night. This car has run a best of 12.857 @ 109.57 mph.
Current mods: SLP Lid, SLP Loud Mouth II, UMI Subframe Connectors, Strut Tower Brace, Lower Control Arms and Panhard Bar, Pro 5.0 shifter, & Chummma tune.
In the future the car will be sporting a upgraded clutch and rear and will be hitting the track again.

This is my 2002 Camaro Z28. MMM, hard top, leather, A4. I bought the car back in October of 09 bone stock with 35,000 miles on it. It has been my daily driver ever since and now has 45,000 miles on it. I have been slowly changing a few things as I have the money. It currently has an SLP Loudmouth 1, SLP Lid, UMI Non Adj LCAs and Panhard,K&N Filter and some free mods. I changed the looks with a black billet grille and black ZR1 wheels wrapped in Nitto NT 555's. Currently sitting at home waiting to play when I get home from school. New gears should go in this spring.

1995 Z28 Camaro.
The more I mod it, the slower it goes. Latest car ADD has been the 10th or so different exhaust for the car and with any luck it will run slower now. At basic, its a heads/cam/mystery stalled car that runs 12s cause its friggen slow.

This is my first car that I bought when I was 17. Its a carb'd 305 LG4, T5 trans with some minor work done to it and a whole lot of work ahead of it! I have plans of dropping in a 406 SBC, T56, and a 9" rear. Its gonna be a pretty custom resto that hopefully some of you are following in my other thread.

I bought this car bone stock in 2007. It is now a full bolt on, heads and cam LS1 with a 4000 stall. All work on the car was done by myself and the help of a great group of Pals. On a dynojet, it put down 399hp/345tq unlocked. First time out at the track at the F-Body East Coast Nationals, it ran a best of 11.37 @ 118.33 mph in full street trim.

1994 Camaro Z28 M6
Bought the car back in september. Its my first car and IMO its the best first car ever. The main mods that the car has is: 3.73 gears, moroso cai, B&M ripper, eibach pro springs, bilstein shocks, boxed lca's, adj. panhard bar, and 17x9.5 black ZR1s. Even though im only 17, i pay for everything myself. I'm not givin things, i earn them. Working 50 hour weeks got me this car. I am also proud to say that i drive the fastest car at my high school.
