NJFBOA Fantasy Football League 2011
Hey Everybody, its that time of year again.
Who's interested in joining the annual NJFBOA Fantasy Football league?
In the past we've had 12 and 10 team leagues. If there is enough interest, we can make it a 12 team league, but at the moment I'll cap it at ten.
Buy in is possible is everyone agrees to it. In the past its been either 20-25$.

$25 buy-in. PAYMENT DUE THE DAY BEFORE DRAFT OR NOT ALLOWED IN. This will avoid all that bullshiit of people who didnt pay on time and had to be hunted down for money after the season was over. NO PAYMENT, NO PLAY. plain and simple.

3rd year here. missed the playoffs last year due to a few people tossing in the towel early and getting no help  hopefully we get people that watch every week...even if theyre out

I agree, as long as everyone agrees to a buy in, it will be you must pay before you draft.
If everyone agrees to a buy in, I'll PM you all my paypal account to send the money to.
Any and all feedback is welcome on the rules or league set-up. PM or email other members who have participated in the past to garner interest. Once a few more people sign up, we'll set a draft date that works for as many people as possible.

Last year we paid in $25 each with 12 teams. Payout was $25 to 3rd place, and I think 1st and 2nd split what was left 70-30. Everyone seemed happy with that system last year, so I vote we keep it if everyone else agrees.

signed up. im down for $25 like last year.
i vote to do away with 3rd place payout. 10 teams is a small ass league, and to keep people playing, keep the payout between 1st and 2nd place. theres no need for 3rd place to get cash back. if the leauge was 15+ teams, then maybe... whats next, honorary ribbons for 4th thru 10th place?didnt we have 12 teams last year? no one else wants to dig into their shallow pockets?
vote no for 3rd place payout. better payouts for the real winners.

yea, we had 12 teams last year....and so far we only have 7 this year. ditching 3rd place payout would be fine with me (although it was nice that i got my cash back last year  ).
Need a few more people to join in, the season will be upon us before we know it.

i added the third place payout to entice more people to vote for a non free league. even then i had to pay out of pocket for a couple players. im down with whatever, but splitting the extra 25 bucks 70/30 wouldnt have changed too much...
