tech question

I jus purchased a 1996 formula. Has longtubes, Ory, 1.6rockers, moroso Cai, and slp loidmouth. Question is the car has a little bit of rough idle and chugs at stop lights sometimes. It threw the ses light for bank one sensor slow response. I just ordered a pcm for less tune should this fix the problem? or should I get new o2s?

Probably new O2s. Denso or AC Delco only as BOSCH O2s can be spotty.

If the O2s were new when they were put on then there's a chance that they fouled during the header burn-in.
