68 Firebird
I thought my friends 68 Bird with the inline 6 was pretty cool. No shots from the front but I havent seen the PMD engine before. Its mostly stock, but he put a 200r4 in the car and had to make some really cool brackets to adapt the kickdown to the quadrajet carb linkage. For those that think, so what, the Q-jet on this engine sits sideways and the throttle linkage composes of a combination of cables and rods since the arm for the throttle sits side to side instead of front to back.

That is a firebird sprint 6, SOHC, great motor! With a 200r4 behind, it must be a great runner!

We had a perfect example of one of those at the Nats a few years ago.
Pontiac was ahead of their time with that motor

Pretty sure this was at my work (Sussex Honda) back in October or so. I loved the car and color and really respected the fact that he kept it a straight 6 instead of dropping a V8 in it like usual.
