today's lunch special: roasted clutch
well, it turns out that i didn't miss fourth gear on my first run ever ( 14.47@89.9 ), because the second run was even worse ( 18.51@67.8 ). turns out the clutch pedal was just sticking to the ground, it wouldn't come up. so i just coasted thru the traps.
i think with a good clutch i'd be good for a 13.8 @ 100+; who knows how much power this clutch is sucking up.

Wow, 89mph is low. I did 15.3 at 92mph. Sucks when you have 3 gears!
Anyway, sorry to hear that big guy.

Yeah, I figure my car was a good high 14 sec car, when equiped with better tires and gears.

the funniest thing was that on my first run, i still beat the mustang next to me by 4 tenths!
i don't remember what year it was, but i'm pretty sure it was on the newer side. he redlighted and had a better 60' time too
