Best week of my life

I know it sounds pathetic but I feel like my life has turned around in the past week. I spent the past 2 years pretty agitated and constantly felt like just about everybody was just pissing me off. It got to the point that I didn't want to hang out with more than one or two people and lost a lot of friends because of it.

Started the week off getting a really good deal on a 1969 Camaro (and was given a huge garage to keep it in and work on it at right down the road from my house) and tomorrow I am trading my 94 Z28 + parts for a 1995 Tahoe (2 door). Sad to see my Z28 go but I'm kind of excited to own a clean 2 door. I've always wanted both these vehicles and obtained them in the same week. I guess life isn't all that bad and nothing can ruin this week

Only thing that can make this week better is having DMV approve my custom QQ plates. Don't think they'll fall for it though

Thanks. Good to hear your week is going good also!

Debating harassing a friend about a TBI 454 he has with 22,000 miles on it... would make this little Tahoe pull like a pig.

iron 5.3 or 6.0 would improve literally everything and not cost to much money

I can't have a huge amount of down time on the Tahoe. I'm literally taking all my other vehicles off insurance but I do have access to my brother's vehicles 99% of the time.

Carbed 6.0 wouldn't sound bad but honestly I don't want to invest that kind of money into this.

You should get a tattoo to commemorate such a week!

you have big plans for the 69 camaro? if so maybe leave the nice clean truck alone and just drive it. put the time & money into the car.

Yeah that's pretty much my plan. I am debating trying to nab a low mileage TBI 454 as a backup motor and leave it in the workshop. As it sits it will stay, just getting cleaner bumpers and a few interior parts to make it perfect.

Afraid if I say it someone else with a 1969 car will steal it
It very well might slip past DMV. It's clever but would totally offend any church goers.
