w-body are the mids 90s-up fwd cars... they are actually decent in snow.

the 80s were G bodies.

During the blizzard of '96 I made it from NYC to Philadelphia in my 84 Fiero with 3 bald tires and the fourth tire at only 14 psi.

Last year it was snowing. I drove my Camaro....








Right into the garage and used my truck, as that's what 4x4 trucks (or beaters) were made for. Really, Camaro + Snow = No.

I did drive my '79 Z28 during the blizzard of '96. No choice, it was all I had. I cheated though, and picked up a set of smallish truck tires from a friend, and mounted them on some steel wheels. Car looked like ass, but I got around. Doesn't make it smart, though.

i remember the blizzard of 96 well. i didnt do any driving but i got some boob inside of this giant ice mound we hollowed out at the old pathmark parking lot on broad street by burger king. it was a good day
