I was getting those to my work cell all the time. The number I searched came up as a number that China was using to make calls using pre-paid lines. It was soooooo annoying

Ya seems like this one is in spanish, prerecorded, and most of the time says something about obamacare.

The FCC sent me a letter basically saying thanks for reporting, each report counts, and you can sue certain violators in state courts for up to $1500 for each violation. It was dated 2/7 and post marked 2/20.
