Apparently they are going to send out a confirmation email. No response is required but I assume if it gets booted back it will be disqualified...

For the multi-email guys, it says they are going to check ip's. Does that mean you'd have to use separate computers for each different email's vote?

All voters are required to provide email addresses at the time of their vote.
At the conclusion of the contest, Happenings Media emails every single voter (see below) through an email marketing tool in order to gain a detailed account of which email addresses do not exist. It is not necessary for valid voters to take any action at this point. Invalid email addresses and those who respond saying they did not vote are identified and subsequently removed from the voting results.
Votes under go an IP address audit.
Once accuracy of all of the voters’ email addresses has been established, Happenings Media calculates the final results.

Has nothing to do with the computer, but the public IP. I could use the same computer with different public IP's. I think as long as they are all valid emails will outweigh the IP as people could be using public internet to be voting.

Yeah, it would suck if they base on IP solely, like if everyone used his/her phone from Verizon that would only be one or two ISP IP's since you would be voting from your ISPs conneciton
