Need pricing opinions

I want to sell the shortblock and TPI from the iroc. 350, Engine cylinders are clean, it ran fine before it was pulled, kept good oil pressure etc, it has probably 140k on it. It's a good candiate to be rebuilt. Whats a fair asking price?

The TPI is complete, intake, runners, plenum, TB, and Id throw in the tuned computer (intake has block off plates and no emissions on the car) and I also have the wiring harness but the bulkhead connector and through-fender connector are cut. Anyone interested would be better off just purchasing a new one from painelss or a junkyard for ease. I tried looking around, thinking maybe the older hot rod guys would be my best market but not sure how to price it. Or should I try and sell it all together? I want it all gone but im not desperate to sell so I want fair value.

I also have the complete serpentine setup with low mileage alt, AC delete pulley, under drive pulleys as well as stock pulleys and belts. PS resevoir and lines.

What do you guys think, or know anyone who might be interested?

cut harness hurts the value a lot. does it include all sensors & ecm? IMO the TPI is probably $150 +/-50

short block 100 +/-150.

serp setup compete $150 +/-50.

Yea, all sensors, injectors, and tuned ECM. I'll try listing it all as a package and see what happenes.

I'd say as a whole, 500-600 is the going rate. The 140k puts it on the lower side of that though.

Obviously in parts its worth a little more but not much and longer to sell.

The demand, and interest, in TPI engine has dropped A LOT in the past 10 years. With ls based engines becoming so popular, it even made LT1 swaps undesirable. You're best bet for a sale is to someone with a 3rd gen f-body looking for a replacement engine or swapping up from a v6 and staying TPI just for the ease of install and parts compatibility.

had a hard time getting $150 for my TPI setup when i switch to HSR. was selling the upper and lower plenum, runners and fuel rail w/adj regulator with brand new GM gaskets and bolts.. i ended up selling just the upper half (plenum and runners) for like $75 the rest is in my basement somewhere. i think it went on TGO but was listed on CL and ebay too

Geez, at that rate I might as well save it for a future boat build lol Not bad though, intakes dont take up much room. I really just want the block gone.

yea i was surprised no one wanted it at $150 for the whole thing. i also considered sitting on it too but i didnt plan on ever using it again and i have the HSR so.

tpi would kinda suck on a boat no? you need top end power on them

Eh, depends more so on the boat, youre not going to cruise at screaming rpms, but then again the whole 02 reading and wet exhaust would be an issue. Regardless, id rather hold onto it than just get rid of it to get rid of it but I'll list it and see what happens.
