Racewars V 2015 - Planning Thread

General Details: RENTAL WILL BE AT ATCO RACEWAY ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13TH.
Where:
Atco Dragway
1000 Jackson Road, Atco, NJ
Rental Guidelines:
- Rental starts at 9:30AM and ends at 4:30PM
- No street tires. You must be running a drag oriented tire
- $20 non-refundable per person/car deposit required ($200 total deposit required to book the date)
- $180 balance due at the rental per person/car CASH
- 10 cars required
- Proper safety gear required
- If the weather is poor, the rental will be rescheduled.

Anyone of those dates works for us. Figure us in for at least 1 car but maybe we can get all 4 there. Friday's are always preferred

i MAYYYYYYY race, but definitely spectate. 11/13 would be best either way, I'm off fridays

i had a blast last year and would love to do it again. id be interested if its in October or really early November. its tough when it gets real cold with a small tire nitrous car. you guys are crazy wanting to run on friday the 13th lol. maybe im the only superstitious one. but then again, i really want an 8 sec pass so anything is possible

Thanks for the feedback so far. I will make a final decision early next week and post up an official thread to start getting everything going. This should be a lot of fun!

Brian, should be able to spectate.
I can help with filing duties, have an extra hero cam and an SLR that takes HD video.

Def would love more photographers. I secured the date for Friday, November 13th and will be starting a new thread tomorrow to get deposits, racer list, etc going.
