It doesn't matter how you say it that is a pretty bold statement. I highly doubt you've actually been to a REAL street race Bubba, and clearly have no idea what happens and who is involved. Doesn't matter what color you are as long as your money is green and your car is fast thats all that matters.

never been to any with more than 5-6 cars, nothing huge but in a certain city near buy theres a very popular street some local guy use...and its not rice, and its not residential. two cars can run and the closest home would never hear it. BUT i haven't been there in almost a year mainly cause the 3.4 wasn't fast enough, but I haven't gone back, cause I don't feel like killing myself.

Liability; it wouldn't be long before some douschbag got hit by a car b/c he decided to walk his dog in that industrail park or empty air strip. he would say some crap like he didn't hear or see the racing cars...he would sue everyone, and god forbid he was killed, his family would sue the entire state claiming some b/s that it supported and/or condoned illegal and recklass activity in a "public area". Gone are the days when ppl said "served him right" when someone gets hurt being an idiot (think running across 295).

I'm sure Atco has some liability when you race on their track; that lil sheet don't mean squat in court. Let someone find out you died in a race b/c there was a rock on the strip....

That is why they don't let u race on empty air strips or abandoned industrial parks. No one is responsible for themselves anymore or to what happens to them. Someone else HAS to be responsible, it HAS to be someone else's fault, not theirs....
