Update: I got home today and saw nothing by the door and I was mad. So I thought F-it and I called that cell number I found on TGO that he posted in a thread some time ago. He answered and I told him who I was and told him I still haven't received the part or the tracking #. He was surprised and said he shipped it out Friday and checked his computer and apparently never got the e-mail I sent him or the tracking info. So he told me he'd go to "going Postal" and find out whats going on and call me back. I get a call back that apparently "Going Postal" went out of business late Friday and the chin spoiler was never shipped. So he now has it. He went to UPS and they quoted him $100 to box and ship it and he even said that that was ridiculous. FedEx quoted online a $50 box/ship but he doesn't know where the closest one is to him. I just spoke to him again and he's going to go to USPS tomorrow morning and see if their $23 online shipping quote is accurate or if it'll be a lot more due to its size and then call me with info. If it's too much to ship we're going to just meet halfway and I'll get the part. Oh and BTW, he's definitely 16 or 17. He's a nice guy, just really Pennsylvanian He was even telling me how he wants to get the part to me ASAP so I'm glad I called him. Seems to be no fraud, just a huge mess. Thanks again for all your support, I'll keep you guys updated.

Update: I've spoken to Don and USPS turned out to be mucho expensive for shipping so we were going to meet up halfway tonight. Well turns out he's a lot further and didn't know where he would be going plus gas money (he has a 350 V8 truck) so he checked DHL and they said $40 to ship it 5 business days. I'm fed up at this point and I told him thats no good. He's had my money since the 11th plus this is a AAA claim, so I need to get it done. I told him I need the part over the weekend. So he agreed he's been holding me up and said it wouldn't be worth it to drive so he's going to go with UPS's next day quote for $100, take the hit and learn his lesson. I mentioned again that I'm willing to meet halfway to get it but he said he'll just ship it for $100. He still made money, but less. So he's going to ship it out tomorrow and get me a tracking number. I'd prefer to make the drive so the part was in my hands but we'll have to see what happens.

Ted, why not bite the bullet and go ALL THE WAY to his house. Again, it will be out of his hands, and into UPS(or so he says). You want the part, he has it in his hands, just go get it. This way you can see what your getting. If he DOESN'T pack it that well, or UPS damages the part, where are you going to find another one?

last update: I wasn't able to get in touch with Don all of Friday and Saturday. I left numerous messages and finally I told him if I didn't hear from him I would raise the dispute to a claim with paypal and let them handle it, that I was sick of his BS yada yada yada. Sunday morning I checked my e-mail and my money was refunded back to me. Still no contact from him, just a refund, so now I need a new chin spoiler lol
