u say that now but trust me, my neighboor had a Grand Cheerokee and he has two girls, had to give it up for a minivan cuz there wasnt enough space!

Until you are out of attorney review (minimum of 3 days after contract is signed by all parties involved - having signed the contract is NOT the same as being under contract) date you can get out of the transaction. There are other ways to get out of the contract even after you are fully under contract if necessary.
So feel free to still look at other houses

As for the "green room" I thought I saw 2 different rooms with the same color. How about I say that I like them both. I actually like the color more or less. It's pretty spiffy!!  Good luck with everything.
