i'm assuming you can fit the bar through the door with the rear bars attached? this was a concern of mine cause i wanted to weld the rear bars outside the car but was not sure.

Aside from what others have said, your rear stays cannot be 2 pieces. Don't waste anymore material, do more homework and have another go at it. A poorly designed/executed bar is more dangerous than none at all. If you sit in the driver seat, in your normal driving postion, does your head (with helmet) extend beyond the top of the roll bar?
Not pissing on your parade, but there are lots of things that don't look good in those pics. Things that would might not make it past tech and could get you seriously injured in the event you actually need the bar to do its job.
Do more homework, safety isn't something to take lightly. Look at other manufacturers and check their designs and look at an NHRA or SCCA rule book and there are guidelines for this stuff.
Good Luck.

This was a wise decision. You guys were doing good for a homebuilt bar, but there's a lot that's needed to get it to be safe and pass tech. S&W makes good kits that can be installed at home.

Depending on your time frame i could build you a nice 4 or 6 point bar for you. I can build it to nhra or scca specs. If you want to talk just shoot me a pm. You can see my cage i built in the road race section.
