I hope you mean march of next year, unless the restaurant is purchased, you've spoken with your lawyers, have investors if needed, and all your loans figured out.
Never mind signs finished, advertisement ready, and employees hired.
Don't mean to be a debbie downer..

I'm glad someone else sees what I see. This doesn't look like a very well thought out plan. What I've seen so far is someone who thinks it'd be cool to open a business without having a business plan set up or any thoughts on what to do when the initial plan doesn't work.
Have you gotten your federal tax ID number yet? Set up bank accounts and gotten a merchant service to accep credit and debit cards? Is your business going to be a sole proprietorship, LLC, or corporation? Have you scheduled to have the health inspector come? Do you have distributors for all the food as well as initial SOPs set up? If you don't even know what kind of food to serve, I have doubts as to whether that's already happened.
I don't mean to rain on your parade but I know firsthand how hard it is to open a new business. I have kept 2 other jobs just to keep mine going and keep bills paid, as well as given up my own apartment and moved in with family just to stay financially afloat.

I have another business that has been succesfull now for 10 years(Yes i am hurting from the economy). I am fully aware of the risk's associated in business and i am prepared as well. I have my menu and was just trying to get everyone involved. Im pretty sure that sharing my whole business plan and banking information would not be so interesting for everyone and not in my best interest.
Thanks Though for your concern!

The first two quoted were OBVIOUSLY not written by the same person as the last. What I see in the first two quotes is a kid who came up with an idea and hasn't thought it through at all. From what I recall, the OP here is in his early 20s? Did you start a business when you were 12?
Come on. There's no need to send in reinforcements when someones pushes a little bit of reality in your face. Who's the 2nd poster? Your dad? If so, that makes sense, and at least brings some experience into the equation. How do I know it's two separate people? It's pretty simple. There are no lols or abbreviations and punctuation is miraculously used properly.
I didn't assume anything more than you told us; that you were a kid trying to start a business based off a good idea but didn't know were to start. No where in there did I say you were a moron, even though I see you erased that part after mike replied that I'm just being constructive. I'm not trying to deter anyone from doing anything, just trying to bring the visions of grandeur down to realistic levels.

For the record when i am speaking freely in the forum i am going to write differently then when i am doing lets say "business". When you made your comment i was taken back by your accusations that i turned into business mode. I am not being unrealistic either, i understand that its going to be very hard but i found an opportunity in a troubled economy and i am going to atleast try. Like is said i was just getting everyone involved is all!!!!!! You really think i would open a little car themed restaurant if i didn't know what foods to serve? What was i going to serve Juice boxes and fruit snacks??? Maybe make some lemonade! Like i said there's nothing unrealistic that i believe is going to happen, the facts are that i am going to have a hard time maybe for a year or even 3 or 5 but i dont have that long to wait and see. The opportunity arose and if i dont try now the opportunity shall pass. Thats business hun(assuming you female hence the diva in your name) Capitalizing . If you read up on your business ligature you will find that in certain cases this is the best time to open a business if you can stay afloat. Now like i said i appericiate your constructive concern and if there is anything i might need help with i will contact you asap.

The only thing I have to add is if you're using these car names you're violating about 10 companies' copyrights... might run into trouble down the road and obliterate your business model.

Indeed, in addition titles are not copyrightable. Wouldn't a car name be considered one? If he named his fries MX45 fries, I don't think Infinity would be able come after him, or would they?

Ford went after the black mustang club a while ago for simply using pictures of mustangs in a calender, just as we do. Do you really think they would not go after a successful business making money off of its copyrighted car names?
