do you have an ls1 fbody? remember these are just hte hot parts you'd still need the head unit, blow off valve and a bunch of other stuff not to mention fueling & tuning.

yup, figured it was a good start. i could get the head unit and such over the winter and eventually add stronger internals, intercooler, etc... i wasnt planning on going over 6-8psi at first, until i got used to the extra hp that is.

then a new rear, clutch, fuel pump, internals, installation help because i'm a moron, blah blah blah. so we're looking at ~7k eh, might as well go for a H/C setup for half the price. thanks for the reality check. sounded good while it lasted

hey i know patriot has their ls6 style heads, cam & rockers package for $~1800 now...or just the heads for $1200...either way thought its not as cheap as it looks on paper, cuz again you'd need tuning & possibly larger injectors, install blah blah blah...any way you look at it its $

you could get away with a single turbo set up with a nice inter cooler for a little while depending on how you drive

his injectors will go static more than likely at wot possibly going very lean and then kaboom lol...theres alot more that goes into forced induction then just slapping on a single turbo & and intercooler.

from my understanding, the most important parts are the fuel pump and injectors. i could definately get away with no intercooler for a while, but i have no problem getting the fuel equipment done first. its just too much money for a 500rwhp setup IMO. i would rather go the H/C route for half the price. i cant imagine a single turbo with no forged internals going above 500rwhp safely.
