nice, I was first interested in a sport bike, but insurance would have been extremely high for me.
Plus buddy I ride with has a 1982 HD FLH, and I just have been more fond of crusiers. Other guy I ride with traded his Shadow in for a 06 Goldwing. I can't wait till he lets me jump on that. Opposing 6, electric reverse ... MMMMMM
BTW, that is awesome setting/background and lighting in your pic.

This is quite a work in progress. Honda CB 550/four. It's going to need new wiring, and a paint job. I'll keep it the original color however. Just got it for xmas.

sorry i dont have any good pics, just these right now. It is my 4th bike i've owned. the bike is in my basement and surrounded by part parts. Its the same bike as in my avatar.
...and this was my 3rd bike, a 99 honda CBR600F4 bike... i boughjt it as a salvage and rebuilt it.
I dont have pics of my 1st or 2nd bikes now, but my 1st was a '88 Ninja 600R and the 2nd was a '91 Ninja ZX6D.

so you think an R1 is a good beginner bike?
if you wreck bad enough, they might be nice enough to name an entire wing of the hospital after you.

Dam, who can afford a Mongoose! I got a beat up, worn out HardRock Sport mountain bike. You guys with these fancy bikes with motors on them must make a lot of money!
